On the behalf of International Deaf Leather, we regret to
inform you
that Kevin Steffy has relinquished the title of International
Mr. Deaf
Leather 2007 to the 1st runner-up, Jerry Garmany.
Kevin broke a contest rule. He fraternized with Steve Kennedy,
a head
judge, during the contest. This action was reported to the
IDL board by
one of the judges the following day after the announcement
of winners
were made.
